Developing Tools

Weloze’ engineers are experienced and well qualified, enabling them to design and build highly complex tools and devices. As well as their own technological expertise, the company can also rely on domestic and international partners on the cutting-edge of technology.

Developing the Process

After the manufacturing processes have been planned and tested, the components undergo a thorough analysis in an internal quality laboratory, to ensure they meet the project requirements. As well as meeting the customer requirements, thy must also be in accordance with Brazilian and international standards (ISO IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3).

Weloze has its own machine shop with state-of-the-art equipment that is capable of manufacturing a large amount of high-performance tools. We use a verticalized process, together with our own expertise and machinery, that allows us to respond quickly to meet any demand.

Our tool & die at the core of our operations. We apply extremely rigorous controls to ensure we can produce large volumes, optimizing costs and availability.

Our workers are experienced and well qualified and we use advanced technology and software to ensure our products are precise and excellent quality. We can provide solutions for tool and die maker, and also maintaining and preserving them.

One of our key principles is our respect for customer information. We always operate under a confidentiality agreement to protect the intellectual property for each project.

We produce medium-sized parts in medium or high volumes and to an advanced level of technical complexity. We have over 30 presses, divided into conventional (45 to 800 tons), mechanical and hydraulic presses, which are fed automatically and can straighten up to 8 x 800mm.

Fast presses up to 400gpm, servo driven presses, double and triple action hydraulic presses, fineblanking presses and traditional mechanical presses.

The company has an adaptable structure for designing and producing stamped technical parts.

It should be mentioned that the mechanical presses are fed electronically by lines of surfaces measuring up to 4,000x1,800mm with a direction change system that allows to more flexible utilize different types of tooling and dies.

Weloze offers a modern technology for joining parts, a laser welding system, which is widely used in the automotive industry. It improves productivity and reliability, especially when using thin materials or high-precision parts, in addition to having TIG and MIG/MAG available.

Weloze can also machine stamped components for the civil construction, automotive or white goods industries, in order to deliver complete solutions for customers.

We are able to deal with sets and subsets of mechanical assemblies, including stamped, machined or welded components, in order to provide components ready for customers to assemble on their production line.

They can be fully or partially assembled, according to the requirements.
